La Tradi is a type 65-flour which complies with the « French Tradition » designation requirements set out in decree n°93-1074 of 13 September 1993, to limit the use of additives that might alter the quality of the baguette.

Elaborated in keeping with the finest milling tradition (roller-milled flour), la Tradi meets the expectations of bakers seeking premium-quality ingredients. This flour is made from a range of rigorously selected local wheats grown in the Beauce, Eure-et-Loire, Ile-de-France and Brie-Picardie regions, whose land and climate are particularly suited to the production of the very high-quality types of wheat required for bread-making.
